Halloween

Halloween was filled with fun and spontaneous activity.  It first started by getting the boys dressed in their outfits.  Grant was a spider and Chase was in a pumpkin sleeper (thanks Grandma!).  Paul went with Grant to Charlie Safaris (Living Water was putting on a fall festival there with lots of fun activities).  They stayed for maybe 30 minutes until Grant took daddy's hand and led him outside to say, I've had enough.  I think it was just too overwhelming for him with all the kids and activity around.  Maybe next year?  When they got home Grant and Paul worked together as Grant colored the pumpkin and Paul carved it and put a light in it to place it outside!!  Then Paul took Grant trick or treating around the neighborhood (they joined up with another group going around)..he got tons of candy.  Unbelievable!  He had a great time. Shannon had a nice time hanging with Chase and watching a few movies off Netflix!

New pics of the four of us Edwards!

Since it's been raining like crazy today and we haven't taken many photos of the new baby (Chase)..decided today was a good day for it.  Grant wasn't cooperating very much as we would've liked to have some pics with him and Chase, but so much for that.  Here's some cute pics anyways!!  Chase is now a little over 2 weeks old...at his 2 week appt he was 9lbs 5 oz and 22.5 inches (grown from 8lbs 14 oz and 21.25 inches at birth).  Grant is a little over 2 years now!

Silverton Trip - end of July

The end of July we took a trip to the cute town of Silverton, Oregon for our annual family reunion.  We went a day early and was able to visit the Silverton State Park and the Oregon Gardens.  Both fantastic!  We had a great time visiting with the whole clan the next day!!

July 4th Celebration

We had a nice July 4th this year!  My parents came down and we went strawberry picking in the morning (a fun experience for all, especially Grant), and then came back and had an awesome bbq.   Only thing that was missing was the sun...maybe next year..
